Our place is located on the main Loni Road in West Jyoti Nagar, specifically at B-7. It is a very loud and busy street with cars and buses zooming past at all hours. We spend our days sitting behind the counter, mostly handling ticket bookings and looking at travel routes on our screens. The office is quite small and gets a bit dusty from all the traffic outside. We have a few chairs for people to sit while they wait for their itineraries to be printed out. It is not a modern office by any means. The walls have some old calendars and a few maps that have been there for years. We mostly talk to people about train timings and bus schedules. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and it gets a bit hectic. We've been in this part of Jyoti Nagar for a long time, so we know many of the people who live nearby. It’s a practical business where we deal with a lot of paperwork and computer entries. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few local people working here. The tea stall next door is where we get our breaks. It is a simple job of helping people figure out how to get from one city to another without getting too confused by the options. We just keep the records and try to stay organized. Most of our regulars are neighbors who have been booking their holiday trips with us since we first opened.
