We are set up on Nainital Road in Bareilly, right across from the Uco Bank. We share some space with Machineage Traders, which can be a bit confusing for people the first time they visit. You just have to look for the bank and then you’ll see where we are. We focus on training people for call center jobs. It’s a lot of practicing how to speak on the phone and how to handle computers. We get a lot of young people coming in from the nearby villages and towns who want to get a start in a bigger city later on. The classroom area has some older computers and headsets that have seen better days, but they still work fine for practice. It’s often quite noisy with everyone talking at once during the speaking drills. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who have worked in these jobs before and know the ropes. Bareilly is a good place for this because there are so many people looking for a way into the service industry. We don't promise anyone a miracle, we just show them how to do the work and what to expect during an interview. The traffic on Nainital Road is always moving, and sometimes the dust from the street gets in, but we just keep the fans going and stay focused on the daily lessons.
