Abbscissa Hr Services is located right here in Nangal Raya, New Delhi. It’s a busy neighborhood and we’ve been operating from this spot for a good while now. Honestly, the office is just a regular room with some desks and a couple of old computers that sometimes act up. We spend most of our mornings sorting through heaps of resumes and making phone calls to people looking for work. It gets pretty loud when everyone is talking at once, especially with the street noise coming in from outside. We don’t have any fancy coffee machines or a big lobby, just a water cooler in the corner that we have to refill ourselves. Some days are just constant back-and-forth emails, and other days we sit around waiting for the phone to ring. People from all over Delhi stop by, usually looking a bit nervous about interviews. We try to keep things relaxed because searching for a job is stressful enough as it is. There is always a lot of paperwork piled up on the main table, and we struggle to keep it organized most of the time. It is not some high-tech operation, just a few of us trying to help people find where they fit. We know the tea stall guy down the road pretty well since we go there every afternoon. That’s pretty much how it goes here every single day.
