Abacus Management Consultants Pvt Ltd is located over at 7/2, 32 Civil Lines in Mathura. It's a quiet enough part of town compared to the main markets. We do consulting work here, mostly helping folks figure out their business plans or fixing issues with how they run things. Being in U.P., we see a lot of different types of businesses coming through. My desk is usually covered in papers, and the tea guy comes by twice a day. We’ve been at this address for a good bit now. It’s a solid building. We aren't trying to be some big corporate firm from the city; we like it here in Civil Lines. When a client walks in, we just sit down and talk through what’s going on. Sometimes the electricity goes out, and we just wait it out or work by the window light. It's how things go. We handle the paperwork and the advice part of things so the owners can focus on their actual trade. Mathura is a good place to be based. You get to know everyone after a while. We don’t use those big fancy words you hear in business school. We just look at the numbers and tell people what we see. It’s a small operation, just a few of us in the office making sure everything stays on track. The walls could use a new coat of paint, but the work is what matters. We just keep our heads down and help out.
