A2Z Placements is located right here in New Delhi. We don’t have a big corporate building with our name on top. Instead, we operate out of a modest space where we spend most of our time on the phone or looking at emails. New Delhi is a huge, busy city, and trying to help people find jobs keeps us on our toes. We started this because we saw a lot of folks struggling to find work, and we thought we could help out. It’s not always easy, and some days are honestly quite frustrating. We don't have any polished marketing scripts or fancy presentations. When someone calls, we just talk to them like normal people. We’ve seen all sorts of resumes and heard all kinds of stories. Our office is usually filled with stacks of papers and the sound of someone typing. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just want to get people placed where they fit. Some weeks are great, and other weeks we don't have much luck. That’s just the nature of the business. We stay grounded and just keep working through our lists. It’s a basic, honest operation in the heart of the city. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help a few people find their next paycheck.
