A1 Recruiters is tucked away at L72B in Malviya Nagar, Delhi 17. We are on the second floor, and you have to go around to the backside of the building to find the entrance. It’s a bit of a hidden spot, but it’s quiet enough for the work we do. Malviya Nagar is a busy place, but our little corner is somewhat tucked away. The office isn't large. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a small area for waiting. We do recruitment, so we talk to a lot of people throughout the day. Some are looking for their first job and others want a change. We don’t have any big corporate slogans or mission statements on the walls. It’s just a plain office where we get things done. We’ve been at this location for a few years and it feels like home to us. The stairs are a bit steep, but we’re used to them by now. We usually get our tea from the vendor downstairs. It’s a very local way of doing business. We aren't flashy or trying to look like something we aren't. We just want to help people find work and help companies find staff.
