The office is located at 40, 10th Avenue in Ashok Nagar, Chennai. It’s a busy part of the city, and the heat can be quite something during the summer months, so our old air conditioner works overtime. This is where Miss V. Krithiga and the rest of the team handle the daily operations for our recruitment firm. We’re right in the heart of the neighborhood, near where Dr. T. Venkatakrishnan has his practice. The office feels very much like a part of the local community. We don't have any shiny brochures or fancy websites. We just have a lot of folders and a landline that never seems to stop ringing. We spend our mornings going through emails and our afternoons meeting with people who are looking for new roles. It’s a lot of talking and listening to what people need. Ashok Nagar is a great area because everything is close by, though finding a spot for a scooter can be a challenge. We aren't some massive corporation; we’re just a local business trying to connect workers with jobs. We take our lunch breaks when we can, usually getting something quick from one of the nearby eateries. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, and we’ve gotten pretty good at the rhythm of it over the years. We just keep things moving and try to stay on top of the pile of work.
