Our name on the paperwork is A Leading Recruitment Agency. We know it sounds a bit formal, but we are actually just regular people working out of an apartment space. It’s not like those big corporate offices you see in the movies with the glass walls and suits. It’s a lived-in space with stacks of resumes and notebooks all over the place. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at emails. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down during the day so we don't bother anyone. Sometimes we grab lunch from the local stalls nearby because the food is better than anything we could bring from home. We don’t have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room with magazines. If you come by, you’ll probably just find us sitting around the main table with our tea mugs. We’ve been in Vasundhra Enclave for a while now and we like the vibe of the place. It’s busy but not overwhelming like some other parts of Delhi. We just keep our heads down and try to help people find where they need to go next. It’s a lot of work, but it keeps us on our toes and the days go by pretty fast.
