We are tucked away in the back side of the first floor at 95B, Sant Nagar. A good way to find us is to look for Aggarwal Sweets—we are right near there. Being on the back side means it is a little quieter than the main street, which is nice when you are trying to talk to people on the phone. Our work is all about finding the right people for big jobs. We spend our days looking through profiles and calling up candidates. It is like a puzzle, trying to fit the right person into the right company. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel. There are stacks of paper on most surfaces and the printer is usually humming. We have got some comfortable chairs for when people come in for meetings. Sant Nagar is a busy area, so there is always something going on outside. We often go down to the sweets shop for a snack in the afternoon when we need a sugar boost. It is not a fancy corporate headquarters with a lobby and a receptionist. You just come up the stairs and find us. We take our work seriously, but we do not act like we are better than anyone else. It is just about connecting people. Sometimes the phones are silent for an hour, and then they all ring at once. That is just the way it goes here. We enjoy the hunt for the right candidate.
