A Leading Executive Search Firm

We are located on the top floor of building 50/11 in Ashok Nagar. It’s a climb up the stairs but the view of the street is okay. We spend most of our time talking to people on the phone or meeting candidates for different roles. A Leading Executive Search Firm is how we are listed, which sounds like a big title, but really we just try to find the right person for a job that’s open. It’s a lot of searching through lists and calling up old contacts. The office is often full of resumes and notes scribbled on pads. We’ve been in New Delhi for a long time. Ashok Nagar is a busy area, so there’s always noise from the traffic below. We have a couple of small rooms for interviews. It’s not fancy, just some chairs and a table. Sometimes we have tea while we talk to someone about their career. It’s interesting work because you meet all sorts of people. Some are nervous, some are very confident. We just listen and see if they fit what’s needed. We don't use any high-tech systems, just our own experience and a lot of patience. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, especially being on the top floor. We keep the fans going. It’s a basic setup but it works for what we do. People find us through word of mouth mostly. We just keep at it every day, year after year, finding people.
