A Leading Consultancy

We’re located over in Vaishali, Sector 4, at Neelpadam - I. It’s the D-502 unit. If you know Ghaziabad, you know the traffic around here can be something else, but once you get into the building, it’s actually not too bad. A Leading Consultancy is basically just a few of us working out of this space. It’s a mix of a residential and commercial feel, which honestly suits us fine. The office has a big window that looks out towards the other sectors, and we spend a fair bit of time just watching the clouds or the cars when we need a break from the screens. We do a lot of hiring work, so the phones ring quite a bit. It’s mostly just sorting through what people need and trying to find someone who fits. The filing cabinets are a bit disorganized right now, but we know where everything is. Sector 4 is a convenient spot since there are shops nearby for whatever we need during the day. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a person sitting at a front desk to greet you. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. It’s a straightforward setup. We show up in the morning, get the lights on, and start going through the list of things to do. It’s not a flashy life, but it’s our daily bread and we’re used to the rhythm of the place now.
