Our place is located at House Number 1, Plot No 41M in Sharthak Enclave, here in Dehradun. Sharthakudaan Agro Foods is a small venture we put together to focus on food products coming from our local area. Dehradun has a lot to offer in terms of produce, and we wanted to be a part of that. We are not some massive factory. Most of the work happens right here or at the small processing sites we use nearby. We spend our time checking the quality of what comes in and making sure it is packed right. It is a lot of hands-on work and we often have our hands full. We do not have a big marketing budget or a team of experts in expensive suits. It is just us, making sure the food is good and the orders get out on time to the people waiting for them. Sometimes we run into delays with the local traffic or getting the right packaging materials, but that is just how things go. We started this with a bit of a dream to see local food reach more people, but we keep our feet on the ground. We talk to our suppliers face to face and we know exactly where everything comes from. It is a straightforward business built on trust and a lot of long hours. We are just happy to be doing something we care about in our own neighborhood.
