You can find us at 44, Radheybhawan in the Panditwari area of Premnagar. It's more of a neighborhood setting than a factory district. We started this small business because we wanted to work with food and drinks without all the complicated additives you see in the big stores. Our kitchen and storage area stay pretty busy throughout the week. Sometimes it smells like fruit and other times it’s more about the grains we are processing. It is just a few of us here, so everybody has to do a bit of everything, from washing bottles to taking orders. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just focus on what we’re making right now. Things can get a little crowded when we have a big batch going, and sometimes we run out of space for all the crates. People in Premnagar stop by occasionally just to see what we are up to. We aren't trying to be the biggest company around. We just like the idea of making something decent that we'd be happy to have on our own table. The paperwork side of things can be a headache, but the actual making of the food is what keeps us going. It's a small-scale operation, and we like it that way because we can see every single bottle or bag that goes out. We just try to keep things simple and honest for everyone.
