We are located at No. 57/19 Shiva Palace on the first floor along Rajpur Road. It’s a busy spot and people often miss the entrance if they aren't looking for it. We’ve been running Kansal Hardware Pvt. Ltd. from here for quite some time now. The shelves are packed with all sorts of metal bits, tools, and stuff people need for fixing up houses or doing bigger jobs. It’s not a fancy showroom or anything like that. Most days start early with getting the shutters up and checking what we’ve got left in the back room. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit of a climb if you’re carrying heavy boxes, but we manage. We know most of the local workers and contractors who stop by. Sometimes the shop gets a bit dusty because of all the inventory moving in and out. It’s just how it is with hardware. We spend a lot of time counting out washers or finding that one specific size of bolt someone needs. There is always something to do, whether it is unloading a new delivery or helping a guy figure out which wrench fits his pipe. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us here doing the work every day. Rajpur Road always has traffic, so it gets noisy sometimes. We just keep our heads down and get the orders ready for whoever walks in.
