We are over at House No 361 in Kala Gaon, which is out by Gujrara Mansingh. If you know where Drona Engineering College is, you are basically here. Dehradun is a good place to be, though the roads get a bit crowded near the college sometimes. We mostly just focus on the bottling and the distilling part of things. It is a lot of work and some days are longer than others. The air out here in the Gujrara area is a little better than right in the middle of town, which helps when you are working long hours. We’ve been at this for a while now. Most people around here know the building. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that, just a place where we get the jobs done. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait it out, but that is just how it is in Uttarakhand. We keep the place clean and just try to stay organized so we don't lose track of the crates. It gets pretty loud when the machines are running, so we usually have to shout to hear each other. But we like the routine. It keeps us busy and the neighborhood is quiet enough once you get away from the main college gate. We just take it one day at a time, making sure everything is sealed right and ready to go. There isn't much more to it than that.
