You can find us over in Kamal Nagar. It is one of those parts of Dehradun that stays pretty active all day long. We are tucked into this neighborhood and we like it that way. The building we are in has seen better days, honestly, but it works for what we need. At the Institute Of Career Integration, we spend a lot of time just talking to people who walk in off the street. There is always someone coming or going. The floors are a bit creaky and the paint is peeling in some corners, but we don't mind much. It’s a 248001 area code kind of place. Some days are quieter than others, especially when the weather gets really cold and everyone stays inside. We have a few desks set up and some old filing cabinets that have been here since the beginning. It isn't a corporate setup by any means. We drink a lot of chai and try to stay organized, though some days the paperwork just takes over. People ask for directions to our place a lot because Kamal Nagar can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it. We just tell them to look for the landmark buildings nearby. We have been around for a bit and seen the street change quite a lot. It is just a regular office where we show up and do our bit. It gets a bit dark in the hallways when the lightbulbs flicker, but we just keep going.
