Genzcafe Llp

We are over at 67/57 on Tyagi Road. It’s a busy street most of the time. We opened up Genzcafe because we wanted a place to work that wasn't too far from where we live. Most of the furniture we put together ourselves, so if a table wobbles a little, you know why. It's a small crew here, just a couple of us doing everything from taking orders to washing the dishes at the end of the shift. We get a lot of students and people working in the area. Tyagi Road has a lot of energy, and we just try to keep up with it. We don't do anything too fancy. Just basic food and drinks that we like ourselves. Sometimes the music is a bit loud, but we can turn it down if someone asks. We spent a lot of time painting the walls last summer. It took longer than we thought it would. Dealing with deliveries and making sure the fridge is full keeps us pretty occupied. We aren't some big chain with a manual for everything. We just figure things out as we go. If you're walking down Tyagi Road and see the sign for 67/57, that's us. We're usually around from early morning until the sun goes down, just trying to keep the place running and making sure everyone gets what they ordered. It's just a regular cafe for the neighborhood.
