D.L. Institute

D.L. Institute is situated in Vidya Vihar Phase 1, right on Kargi Road in Dehradun. We are quite close to Palm City, which is a landmark most people in the city recognize. Our place is not a big, shiny office. It’s a very simple setup in a regular building. We have a few rooms where we sit down with the students and go over their work. It’s a bit of a dusty road outside sometimes, but it’s a good location for us. We’ve been running this institute for a while now without any big fuss or fancy equipment. We don’t have a marketing department or a bunch of managers. It’s just us doing the day-to-day teaching. We like the fact that it’s a local business. Most of our students come from the nearby colonies in Dehradun City. We spend a lot of our time just sitting around the main table, planning out what we need to cover. It’s a quiet life, mostly. We aren't trying to be the biggest institute in the state; we just want to be a reliable place for the people in our neighborhood. The building isn't much to look at from the street, but it’s home to us. We’ve had a lot of different people walk through our doors over the years, and we still enjoy seeing a new face. We’re usually here from morning until the sun goes down, just keeping things moving.
