We are Alcotech Breweries and Distilleries Private Limited. Even though we are in a residential-style setup at Windlass Residency, we handle a lot of the heavy lifting for the brewery and distillery side of things. Dehradun is a nice place to be based, especially on Curjan Road. It has got a bit of history to it. We are not some giant faceless company. We are just a group of people working out of an office to make sure our products are right. The day starts early here, usually with a lot of paperwork and planning. Being in the hills means things can be a bit slower sometimes, but we like it that way. It gives us time to be thorough. We do not have a big marketing department or anyone to write shiny brochures. We just talk to our suppliers and customers directly. It is a lot of honest work. Some people might think it is strange to have a brewery business office in a place like Windlass Residency, but it works for us. It is quiet and we can get things done without too much noise. We just keep our heads down and focus on the alcohol production and distribution side of the business every day. It is just how we work.
