Xorupathar Sadhani Mahila Farmer Producer Company Limited is a group of women from Kordoiguri Village. We are located at No.188, Dhanshiripar Road, near the village post office. We all live right here and have been farming these lands for as long as anyone can remember. We decided to get together as a company to make our work a bit more manageable. Being a "Mohila" or women’s group, we understand the specific challenges of running a house and a farm at the same time. We help each other out when one of us falls behind or when there is a big job that needs many hands. We don't have any corporate training. Our skills come from years of doing the work and learning from our parents. The village is small, so everyone knows what we are doing. We don't have a fancy website or a big sign. We just have our crops and our commitment to each other. Life on Dhanshiripar Road is quiet and mostly revolves around the farming seasons. We deal with the mud, the heat, and the long hours without complaining much. It’s just how life is here. We wanted a way to make sure our voices were heard and our products were handled right. We aren't looking for fame, just a fair way to keep our farms going and provide for our families in Kordoiguri.
