S&Sfuturetech Private Limited is located out in the Thiknikata Village area, which is a bit of a drive if you are coming from the main city. We are right opposite the NBMC Hospital, so that is usually how we explain our location to anyone who hasn't been here before. It is a busy spot because of the hospital traffic, but our office stays pretty focused on the work at hand. We are technically in the Matigara police station jurisdiction and get our mail through the Sushrutanagar post office. The area has changed a lot since we first set up here. There are more shops now and the road stays busy all day long. We start our mornings early because the hospital area gets crowded fast. Inside the office, it is just us and our computers. We do not have any big signs or flashy lights out front. We find that being near a major landmark like NBMC makes life easier for everyone. Most of our staff live nearby or take the local transport that drops you right near the gate. It is a practical place to be. We have our desks, our chairs, and enough tea to keep us going through the afternoon. It is not a corporate high-rise, just a solid building where S&Sfuturetech operates every day. We like the village feel mixed with the busy hospital energy right across the street. It keeps things interesting while we focus on our daily tech work and try to stay productive.
