Quality Technology

Started on Bidhan Road quite a few years back now. It’s a busy spot here in Darjeeling, especially when the tourists come through, but we mainly see the locals who need their gadgets looked at. The shop isn't huge, but we make it work with what we have. Most days it’s just us sitting behind the counter, fixing things or answering questions about this or that. We don’t have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s more of a place where you can just walk in and talk to us. We’ve seen the weather change a thousand times from this window, watching the mist roll up the hills while we work on a motherboard or try to figure out why a screen isn't turning on. Quality Technology isn't a huge chain, just a small operation running out of number 4. We know the neighbors, we know the guy who sells tea down the street, and that's how we like it. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power cuts out, but we just keep going. It’s hard work, sure, but it feels right being here in the heart of the town. We don’t do big speeches about what we do. If something is broken, we try to fix it. If you need a part, we see if we can find it in the back. That's about the whole story of how we spend our time here and keep things moving for everyone who stops by. It's a good place to be.
