Our office is up in Darjeeling, specifically in the Hyderpara area near the Jewel Club. We are on the third floor of Jasodha Residency, Block D, in Flat 3M. It’s a bit of a walk up those stairs, but the view of the surrounding area from Himachal Sarani is nice when the weather is clear. We do a lot of information technology work from this spot. It’s not a big fancy office like you might see in a movie; it’s just a few rooms with tables, chairs, and our computers. Since we are in the hills, sometimes the weather makes things interesting, like when the clouds come right up to the windows or the rain gets really loud on the roof. We mostly spend our time coding, managing data, or fixing whatever tech issues come our way. It’s a small, dedicated team here, and we’ve been working together for a while now. The office is usually a bit cluttered with manuals, old hardware, and spare cables, but we manage to find everything. We don't have a big corporate culture or any strict rules. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and try to keep things running smoothly for everyone we work with. It’s an honest living in a beautiful part of West Bengal. We like the quiet pace of life here in Hyderpara, even if the work itself can get pretty busy and stressful at times.
