Prayash Dewan

My name is Prayash Dewan and I have been working out of 486 Cart Road in the Rose Bank area for a long time now. It is a busy spot with all the traffic coming through, but we manage okay. Most people around here know the place just by walking past it every day. I handle things myself mostly, along with a couple of helpers when things get extra busy. Cart Road is always noisy with trucks and cars but that is just how life is in this part of town. We deal with whatever work comes through the door. It isn't a fancy office or anything like that, just some rooms where we get the daily tasks done. Sometimes the roof leaks a little bit when it rains really hard in the monsoon, but we fixed it last month so it should be fine for a while. I have lived around Rose Bank my whole life so staying here for work just made sense to me. We do not have a big sign or anything flashy outside. Usually, it is just neighbors or people who heard about us from someone else in the community. I try to keep things organized but sometimes papers get stacked up on the old wooden desk. It is just how we operate. We open early most days, especially when the weather is nice. If you are coming down Cart Road, you might miss the turn if you aren't looking closely.
