Igen It Solutions Private Limited is tucked away in the College Para area of Siliguri. We share the space with Biswanath Dutta, right on Nandalal Basusarani. It is a busy part of town because of all the students and the local shops nearby. Our office is not very large, but we have managed to fit everything we need for our IT work into the rooms we have. You can usually find us surrounded by hardware and monitors, trying to sort out whatever technical issues have come in that morning. Being near the college means there is always people walking by and a bit of noise from the street, which keeps things from being too quiet. We do not have a fancy lobby or a lot of staff in suits. It is mostly just us in comfortable clothes, drinking coffee and working through code or fixing systems. The weather in Siliguri can be unpredictable, so we are always checking the windows if it looks like rain. We ended up here because it felt like a good central spot to operate from. It is a practical place for an IT business. We do not spend much time on decorations; we would rather just get the work done and go home at the end of the day. It is a local operation, run by people who live nearby and understand how things work in this part of West Bengal. We just keep our heads down and handle the technical side of things without any extra drama or complicated processes.
