Cromech Softwares (Opc) Private Limited

Cromech Softwares is based up in Darjeeling, specifically at Village No-14 in the Phoobsering Tea Estate. It is a bit of a different environment for a software company. We are near Lebong, so the air is fresh, but the hills can make things a bit tricky sometimes. Our office is a simple one. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s mostly just our computers and some basic furniture. We spend a lot of time working while looking out at the tea bushes. It is quiet for the most part, which helps us focus on our coding. We aren't some big city firm with hundreds of employees and a fancy HR department. It’s just a small group of us doing what we can with technology. Sometimes the power goes out when there is a storm, and we just have to wait it out. We don't mind. It gives us a chance to stretch our legs. We don't have any big slogans or mission statements. We just try to build software that does what it is supposed to do. People around here know us as the tech folks. We don't really do much in the way of promotion. Most of our work comes from people who have heard about us through word of mouth. It is a steady way to live and work. We enjoy the pace of life here in Darjeeling. It suits us just fine.
