BROOKSIDE REALTORS PRIVATE LIMITED is based at C/o Santosh Debnath on Panchayat Road. This is in the Shivmandir area near Kadamtala in the Darjeeling district. It is a much quieter spot than the middle of the city, which suits us just fine. The office is really just a simple room with some tables, chairs, and a lot of paper. We do not have any expensive decorations or a fancy sign. We mostly focus on the land and houses right here in Shivmandir and the nearby patches of ground. Being on Panchayat Road means we know our neighbors and see them every day when we are coming and going. We are not a large firm with lots of employees. It is just a few of us who know the local area and the people who live here. We spend a lot of our day walking or driving to nearby plots to see how things are looking. We carry physical files around because that is still how most things get done in this part of the world. The office does not have a big sign out front, just a small one near the door. We prefer it that way because it keeps things quiet and manageable for us. The weather up here can be unpredictable, so we always keep a few umbrellas by the door for when we have to go out on site visits.
