Siliguri Property House

Siliguri Property House is based out of Surya Sen Pally. We are near the Shiv Mandir, which is a big part of the local area here. The post office is Kadamtala and the police station is Matigara. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the main city center, but we stay busy with the local land and house deals. We have been working from this location for quite some time. Surya Sen Pally is a place where everyone kind of knows each other. Our office is just a simple room where we keep our records and meet with people from the neighborhood. We don't use fancy advertisements or big slogans. Most of our work comes from people walking in or hearing about us from their neighbors. Being near the Shiv Mandir helps people find us without much trouble. We deal with a lot of plots and residential properties around Matigara and Kadamtala. It is a lot of walking around and looking at sites, then coming back to the office to sort out the details. We like the pace of life here. It isn't too rushed, but there is always something to do. We are just regular people trying to help other regular people find a bit of land or a house to call their own. Our setup at Surya Sen Pally is modest, and we like it that way. It fits the way we work and the people we serve in this part of Siliguri.
