Garg Realty is situated on the first floor of Shanti Sqaure, which is at the 2nd Mile on Sevak Road. We actually share the space with Garg Marble Industries, which is a family business we’ve had for a long time. Being right beside Bajaj Auto Works means there’s always something going on around here. It’s a busy industrial and commercial area, so it’s not the quietest place to work, but we like the energy. We handle all kinds of real estate matters from this office, mostly focusing on the land and buildings around this part of town. We aren't a big, polished realty group. Our office feels more like a workshop than a corporate headquarters. There’s often some noise from the marble business or the traffic on Sevak Road, but it’s just part of our daily life. People usually find us because they know the marble shop or they see our sign while driving by. We’ve been part of this community for years and we know the local market really well. We don't use any fancy sales tactics or pushy marketing. We just sit down with whoever walks in and try to help them find what they’re looking for. It’s a very practical way of doing things. We just do our work, keep our records straight, and try to be helpful to our neighbors and clients. It’s a local business run by local people.
