P. S. Properties

We are located on the first floor of the City Mall on Sevok Road. It’s a convenient place for an office because there’s always something going on in the mall. P. S. Properties isn’t one of those massive companies with branches in every city. We are just here in this one spot. The office isn't very large, but it's enough for what we need. We have a few desks and some chairs for visitors. Sometimes the mall noise drifts in, but usually, it's pretty calm once you step inside. We handle property stuff, which involves a lot of looking at papers and making phone calls. It's not always exciting, but it's important work. We don't use those fancy presentations or sales pitches. Usually, we just sit down and have a chat about what's available. If it works, it works. If not, that's fine too. Being in the mall means we see a lot of faces, and sometimes people just drop in because they saw our door while shopping. We like that casual way of doing business. It feels more natural than having to make an appointment weeks in advance. The staff here is small, so we all help out with everything. One day I might be doing the accounts and the next I’m showing someone a floor plan. We sometimes forget to change the calendar on the wall, but we never miss a deadline. The lighting can be a bit bright, but our office stays fairly cool even in the summer months. It's a comfortable enough place to sit and talk.
