You can find us over on Alpancha Road, which is in the Suchita Nagar area of Matigara. It’s a bit of a way out in the Darjeeling district, but it’s where we live and work. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place for us to keep our maps and property files. We mostly deal with land and houses around this part of the region. It’s a different pace of life here compared to the big cities. We know most of the people who live nearby, and news usually travels by word of mouth. If someone wants to sell a bit of land or find a house, they usually just drop by or give us a call. We spend a lot of time out on the road, checking out different plots or meeting people at their homes. The weather can be a bit tricky sometimes, especially during the rains, but we still make it out to see the sites. We don’t have a fancy website with lots of bells and whistles. It’s more about knowing who owns what and what is currently for sale. We’ve been doing this for a while now, and we just take things one day at a time. It’s a simple business. We listen to what people need and try to find something that fits. No big promises, just real work in our local community. That is how we like to do things.
