Benjwal Technologies is based right here in Siliguri, specifically in the Pradhan Nagar area. Our office is C/O Devi Benjwal near J.L. No 45, which is close to the Champasari post office. Working in Darjeeling district has its own pace, and we’ve grown to like it over the years. We aren't a big city firm with a polished look. It’s a local operation where we mostly just focus on whatever tech problems are sitting on our desks that morning. Some days the mountain air is nice, though we spend most of our time inside looking at monitors. It’s a small team, so we all know each other well. There isn’t any corporate hierarchy here. If something needs doing, one of us just grabs it and gets to work. We handle everything from software issues to general tech support. It gets busy, especially when the weather is bad and things start acting up. We don't have a fancy lobby or a break room with a ping pong table. It’s just a workspace with computers and plenty of cables. We like being in Pradhan Nagar because it’s a busy, active part of Siliguri. Most people around here know us as the local tech guys. We don't make big promises or use fancy words. We just try to be helpful and do the work that we were hired to do. It’s a simple way of running a business, and it suits us just fine.
