We deal with cashews here at Ojas Cashew Private Limited. Most of the work happens right out of our place at Divya Enclavekodialbail. It’s a flat, number 1103, but we keep things moving. Handling nuts takes a lot of sorting. People usually just see the finished product but there is a lot of picking through things first. We spend a lot of time checking batches. The office side is mostly paperwork and making sure the bags get sent out to where they need to go. Sometimes the phones ring too much, but that’s just how it is when you’re running a business. It’s mostly just us trying to keep the inventory straight. We’ve been at this for a while now. Some days are busier than others depending on the season. Cashews are tricky because they have to be handled just right so they don't break. We pack them and ship them from here. It isn't a massive warehouse or anything fancy. Just a regular setup where we get the work done. If you're looking for us, we are right there in the enclave. It’s quiet enough for the most part. We try to stay organized with the billing and the stock levels. It’s a lot of manual checking. Every bag counts. We just focus on getting the orders out on time. That's really the main thing we do every day. Nothing too complicated, just a lot of consistent work. We try to be careful with every single shipment that leaves the flat.
