Baza Bowl

If you head up to the first floor of the Inchara Family Restaurant building in Kulshekar, that is where you will find us. We are right by the Shakti Nagar Cross in Mangalore, which stays pretty busy with traffic most of the day. Baza Bowl is a small setup where we focus on getting food out to people who live or work nearby. The kitchen stays hot and we are usually rushing around to keep up with orders, especially during the lunch hour. We aren't trying to be some high-end dining hall; we just serve bowls of food that are easy to eat. The space isn't huge, but we make it work with what we have. Most of our regulars are folks from the neighborhood who don't want to cook at home or students looking for a quick bite. We spend a lot of time prepping vegetables and cleaning up after the rush. It can get a bit loud with the noise from the road downstairs coming through, but you get used to it after a while. We’ve been at this location for a bit now and have come to know the local delivery drivers pretty well. It’s a simple operation without any bells or whistles. We just open the doors, get the stoves going, and see who comes through the Shakti Nagar area. It’s honest work and keeps us on our feet all day long.
