Food And Good India Llp is based at Naduvadka House. It is the home of Mahammad Kunthi’s son, and that is where we run everything from. It is a bit different from having a shop in the middle of a big city market. We are out here in a more residential setting, which means things are a bit quieter most of the time. The house has enough space for us to manage the business side of things without getting in anyone’s way. We use a couple of the rooms specifically for our work. It feels very personal because it is a home first. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know exactly how things should be handled. When you work from a house like this, you tend to care a bit more about the small details. We do not have fancy signs or a big warehouse, but we make it work with what we have. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies that need to be moved. It is a family-oriented environment, and we usually take our breaks together in the kitchen area. It’s not about looking professional for the sake of it; it’s about being reliable and getting the jobs finished. We like the pace here. It allows us to focus without the usual city distractions bothering us all day long. It's just a house where food work gets done.
