Vibgyor Restaurants

We've been running Vibgyor Restaurants inside The Triple C Hotel here in Buxibazar for a while now. It’s a busy spot in Cuttack, and we see a lot of people coming through the hotel doors every day. Mostly, we just focus on getting the food out on time and making sure folks have a decent place to sit and eat without too much fuss. Being in the middle of Buxibazar means it gets pretty loud outside, but once you’re in here, it’s a bit calmer. We have a regular crew in the kitchen who know how things should be done. Sometimes the lunch rush gets a bit hectic and we might be running around a lot, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We don't really do anything fancy or try to be something we aren't. It’s just us, serving meals to travelers and locals who happen to be in the area. The menu has the usual stuff people expect. We try to keep things clean and the chairs comfortable enough for a quick meal or a longer talk. If you are around the 753001 area and need a bite, you’ll find us easily enough right in the hotel. It’s not a big operation, just a kitchen and some tables, but we take it seriously. The morning starts early with getting the supplies in. Cuttack traffic can be a mess, so we have to plan ahead and get everything ready before the guests arrive.
