Shree Ganesh Traders

Shree Ganesh Traders is based in Village Gujarpur, which is under Post Bhiarpur in Taluka Cuttack. We are easy to find because we are right near the Reliance Petrol Pump. Being out in the village means we have a lot of space, but it also means we are a bit far from the city. We trade in various goods that people in the local area need for their homes and farms. Our building is more of a warehouse than a fancy shop. It has a high tin roof that gets very loud when it rains. We don't have a lot of fancy technology here. We use a big ledger book to keep track of who owes what and what we have in stock. My brother and I run the place with a couple of helpers from the village. We have an old truck that we use for deliveries, though it has seen better days. The dust from the road gets everywhere, so we are always dusting off the shelves. We know everyone who comes in to buy from us. We sit and talk for a bit, maybe have some tea if it’s not too busy. It is not a high-pressure environment. We just want to provide what the community needs and make a decent living. It’s hard work, but it’s good work and it keeps us busy through the seasons.
