We are over in the New L.I.C. Colony in Cuttack, specifically at Quarter Number Q/188. It is in the Badambadi area, which most locals know is a busy part of town, though our colony is a bit more tucked away. Working for Jindal Saw from here feels a bit different because it’s a residential-style setup. We have been here for a while and the neighbors know us. The building is older, just a standard colony house that we’ve turned into our workspace. Cuttack can get really humid, especially during the monsoons, and our little office feels it. We don't have any big flashy signs out front. You just look for the quarter number. Inside, it is mostly just desks and stacks of papers related to the saw mill business and the pipes. We aren't trying to impress anyone with decor. It’s about the work. We drink a lot of tea and spend our hours making sure everything is tracked right. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out or use the backup like everyone else in the area. It is a very normal, local way of doing things. We don't have corporate meetings with slides. We just talk across the room to each other. If you need us, we are usually there from morning until the evening, just finishing up the daily logs and taking calls. It’s not a fancy life, but we get things done here in our corner of Cuttack.
