We started out at Plot No 601/1245 in Surya Vihar. Most people know the area because of Nishamani Talkies, we are just right behind there. It’s a quiet spot in Madhupatna off Link Rd. Cuttack can get busy, but this corner stays okay for studying insurance. We have some desks and chairs set up in the rooms. People come here to learn the basics and get through their licensing exams. It’s not a big fancy campus or anything. It’s just a place where we get the work done. Sometimes the traffic on Link Rd makes people late, but we just start when everyone gets here. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint soon. We spend most of our days looking at policy details and talking to folks about the industry. It's practical stuff. There’s a small tea stall nearby where we go during breaks. The students usually hang out there before the next session starts. It’s just a regular building in a regular neighborhood. We don’t do a lot of noise. People find us by looking for the cinema hall first. Most of our furniture is old but it works for what we need. It's been like this for a while now. We keep things simple here. The fans make a little noise when they're on full speed in the summer. We try to keep the windows open when it's not too dusty outside. It's just us and the books most days.
