Windcare India Pvt Ltd. is located down at 3/241A, near the Four Road in Gudimangalam. It’s a quiet part of Udumalpet but we stay busy with all the wind energy stuff. Most of us grew up around here, so we know the area well. The winds get quite strong in these parts, which is why we’re here in the first place. Our daily routine involves checking on components and making sure everything is handled right. It’s not a desk job where you sit in front of a computer all day. We’re often out and about, dealing with the actual machinery. The office is simple. We don’t have any fancy decorations, just the stuff we need to get the work done. We drink a lot of coffee together in the mornings before heading out. It's a lot of manual work and coordination. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, but we just wait it out and get back to it. We’ve seen the wind industry grow a lot around Udumalpet over the years. We just focus on our part of it, keeping things running without making a big fuss about it. It’s honest work, and we like being part of the local community here. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation, just a group of people who know how to handle wind power equipment properly.
