Tradesman (Giraffa)

Our shop is Tradesman (Giraffa) and you can find us at 25/8E on Krishna Nagar. We are right on the Ganapathy Maniyakarampalayam Road. It’s a bit of a long name for a street, but the locals know it well. We have a fair amount of space here for our equipment and the things we sell. The floor is concrete and usually has some dust on it from the road outside. We aren't really the type to wear suits or sit in fancy chairs. Most of the time, we are moving things around or checking the inventory. The sun hits the front of the building pretty hard in the afternoons, so we keep the shutters halfway down to stay cool. There is a small desk in the corner where we handle the bills and the phone. It’s often covered in spare parts or catalogs. We have a good relationship with the other shop owners on this block. We might not have the biggest sign or the brightest lights, but we are here every morning rain or shine. If you come by, you’ll probably see one of us out front talking to a delivery driver or just taking a quick break. We don't use any complicated scripts when people call us. We just tell them what we have and what we can do. It’s a simple way of running a business, and it seems to work for us.
