You can find us at 153 in the Sidco Industrial Estate over in Malumichampatti. It is a busy area full of different factories and manufacturing plants. We have been based here for a while, focusing on solar systems. Our building is a standard industrial unit with high ceilings and big doors for moving large crates. It is often quite loud around here with trucks backing up and the noise from the unit next door. A small office is tucked into the front, but the real work happens in the back where we keep the components. Nobody here wears a suit. We are mostly in work clothes, handling wires and glass panels all day. The concrete floor can be pretty cold in the mornings, although it warms up eventually. Near the back, we have a small area with a kettle for when we need a break. Most of the day is spent on routine stuff like checking inventory and packing items for shipping. We do not have any polished speeches or big company slogans. Every morning, we just show up, unlock the gate, and get to work on whatever needs doing. It is a simple life here in Malumichampatti, and we are fine with that. There is always something to keep us busy until it is time to head home. We have become a fixture in this industrial park over the years and enjoy the steady pace of the work.
