Siva Exports

Siva Exports operates out of No. 18 Jan Chetti Thottam on Edyarpalayam Road in Vadavalli. It is a busy spot, especially with the traffic on the main road. Our building is easy to miss if you are driving too fast, but we have been here quite a while. Inside, the atmosphere is usually focused. We have a lot of papers to move and even more items to track. Vadavalli is a good area for us because it is easy for the drivers to find. We spend our mornings responding to messages and our afternoons in the back dealing with the actual goods. The office is not very large, so we have to be smart about how we stack things. Sometimes it feels like we are living in a maze of boxes. We do not have a receptionist or anyone to open the door; you just walk in and find one of us working. It is a very hands-on kind of business. We deal with the logistics ourselves and handle the problems as they come up. The walls are a bit bare and the floor is concrete, but it works for what we need. We are not interested in looking corporate or polished. We just want to make sure the exports get to where they are going without getting lost. It is a steady grind but we enjoy the pace of it.
