Appu Exporte

Appu Exporte is over at S31 Saraswathi Block in Thiyagi Shanmuga Nagar. It is a bit of a walk to find the right block sometimes if you aren't familiar with the layout, but we are there. Our office is simple and functional. We don't have any expensive furniture or art on the walls. We just have the tools we need to do our export work. Every morning we start by checking the messages and seeing what needs our attention first. It is a lot of coordination with different people. We don't use any marketing jargon because we don't really see the point in it. We just talk to our clients like we talk to our neighbors. It is a small operation, so you always know who you are talking to when you call. Thiyagi Shanmuga Nagar is a nice area, and we like being part of the community here. We don't have any grand visions or missions. We just try to do a good job and make sure nothing gets lost in transit. Sometimes it is stressful when deadlines are close, but we manage to get through it together. We don't have a formal dress code either. We just wear what makes sense for the weather and the work. It is a practical way to run a business. We focus on the details and try not to make mistakes. That is the way we work every single day.
