V. P. Exports

At S- F/138 No. 29/3th Street in Varatharajulu Nagar, that’s where we run V. P. Exports. It’s a small operation, mostly just a few rooms filled with samples and packing materials. The street can get a bit narrow when the big trucks come in, so we have to coordinate with the neighbors to make sure nobody gets blocked in. We’ve been here for a few years now. The office is pretty basic, just the essentials for getting the work done. We handle a lot of the communication ourselves, sitting at our desks and making sure the orders match the invoices. It’s a lot of double-checking. Varatharajulu Nagar is a quiet spot mostly, which helps when we have to focus on the fine print of the export laws. We don't have a marketing person. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for a long time. We try to be practical about everything. If a crate breaks, we fix it ourselves. If the paperwork is wrong, we stay until it’s right. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather is bad and the transport is delayed. We just take things as they come. It’s a small local business and we’re proud to keep it running from this little corner of the city.
