V-Guard Ind Ltd.

You can find us over at K.G. Chavadi. It’s one of those places that stays busy because of the location, right near the border. V-Guard Ind Ltd. has been operating from here for a long time. The office is usually humming with the sound of people on phones or the warehouse team getting things ready. It’s a pretty straightforward operation. We deal with a lot of electrical stuff—stabilizers, pumps, and all that. The weather out here can get quite hot, so the fans are always going full blast in the afternoons. Most of the staff comes from nearby villages or just across the way. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years, with more trucks on the road and new buildings popping up every few months. Sometimes the rain makes things a bit slow, but we usually manage to keep things moving. There isn’t a lot of standing around here. If you walk into our place, you’ll see stacks of products and a team that mostly just wants to get through the daily checklist without too much fuss. We don’t go in for big meetings or corporate talk. It’s more about making sure the inventory is right and the orders go out to the right places. We’ve got a lunchroom where most of us sit and catch up on the news or talk about the local football matches. It’s a decent place to work, honestly.
