Our office is over on 1st Street in Anna Nagar, which is part of the Ganapathy area here in Coimbatore. We are situated right near Surya Hospital, so most locals know the general vicinity. United Trade Fairs India Pvt Ltd is what we call ourselves on paper, but inside these walls, it’s just a group of us working on logistics and layouts. Organizing trade fairs involves a lot of phone calls and even more spreadsheets. It’s not the kind of work that looks exciting from the outside. Our office is pretty functional—lots of boxes, maps of floor plans, and too much coffee. We’ve been at this address for a while and have seen the neighborhood grow. Being in Ganapathy makes it easy for us to get around the city when we need to visit different venues. We don’t really go in for the whole corporate image thing. We’re more about getting the booths lined up and making sure the electricity works for the exhibitors. It can get pretty chaotic when an event date is coming up, and you’ll often see us here late into the evening. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to make sure the work gets done correctly. If you happen to be near the hospital, you’ll find us tucked away on the first street. It’s a practical space for practical work, and we like being part of this local community.
