Meccafon

Meccafon is located at 79 E on 6th Street. Laxhmi Puram is a lively area, and being on Mk Palayam Road means there’s always something going on outside our door. Pelamedu has a specific feel to it, and we’ve become part of that fabric over the years. Our building is a bit older, with those sturdy walls that stay cool even when it’s hot outside. Inside, it’s a mix of old furniture and new tech. We have wires running everywhere because that’s just the nature of the business. The street outside can get dusty, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the desks. 6th Street isn't the widest, so it gets tight when delivery trucks come by. We know the shopkeepers nearby, and we usually exchange nods when we head out for lunch. There’s no fancy lobby here. You walk in, and you’re pretty much in the middle of everything. We have a small back room for storage that’s usually a mess of boxes and parts. Most of our day is spent handling calls or fixing things. It’s a local operation, and we don’t try to pretend otherwise. We like being in Pelamedu because it’s convenient for the people we see. It’s just a normal day-to-day business where we show up, do the work, and go home. The neighbors are nice and the atmosphere is very grounded.
