Thou Engineering

Thou Engineering is based at 1431-A in Bharathi Nagar, which is right near the bus stand on Sathy Road in the Ganapathi area. Being so close to the bus stand means it’s always busy around here, with people coming and going all the time. Our shop isn't hard to find if you’re looking for it. We do various engineering jobs, mostly fixing things or making parts that people need for their own projects. We’ve been at this location for a good while and we like the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s not a fancy setup we have here. We have our tools, our machines, and a bit of space to work in. Most of our time is spent with grease on our hands and a lot of metal scraps around our feet. We don’t have a website or anyone to do sales for us. We just wait for people to drop by or call us up with a problem they need solved. Sometimes we are working late to finish something up, and other days we can head home a bit early if the work is done. It’s a practical way to earn a living, and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. We just do the engineering work as it comes in and try to stay honest with everyone who walks through the door. It gets hot and noisy in the afternoon, but that’s just part of being on Sathy Road.
