Our place is called Sudarsanam, and you can find us at No. 8 on Ponnurangam Road in R. S. Puram. It’s a busy part of town, so there’s always noise from the street outside. We work with fertilizers, which means there is a lot of counting bags and checking schedules. People think fertilizer is just one thing, but there is a lot to keep track of here in the office. The building has been here for a good bit of time. We spend most of our hours looking at spreadsheets or talking to the folks who handle the transport. It can get dusty sometimes, especially when the wind blows through the open windows. We don't have a big corporate lobby with plants or anything fancy. It's just desks, files, and the smell of the products nearby. Sometimes the delivery drivers get lost looking for Ponnurangam Road, so we spend a lot of time on the phone giving directions. We just try to stay on top of the orders so the farmers and shops get what they need when they need it. It’s practical work. There isn’t much drama, just the usual daily tasks that come with running a fertilizer business. We take our tea breaks together when things slow down in the afternoon. It’s just a group of people trying to keep the wheels turning day after day. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just basic agriculture supplies.
